Our max capacity is 250 guests. 

We have an open vendor policy for all vendors except security officers & wedding coordinators (both of these vendors are required for weddings). It is strongly encouraged to work with vendors on our preferred list, but not required! All vendors must be licensed (if applicable) & insured.  

All alcohol must be served by a TABC licensed bartender. You may provide the alcohol for your bartender - but guests may not self serve. Security officers are required from the time alcohol is served until the end of your rental period. 

No, we do not have any hidden fees such as service charges, cleaning fees, etc. However, we do require you to obtain event insurance & pay a refundable damage deposit (amount varies based on event type & refundable balance will be mailed back after your event). 

We highly recommend The Wahwahtaysee Resort, located just 5 minutes from the venue & offers luxury cabin options on the river. Local AirBnB's & San Marcos Conference Hotel are also popular options!

Absolutely! We love furry friends & believe you should be able to have your pets present on the most important day of your life. A non refundable pet fee of $500 applies & your pet must have a designated "handler" throughout the day. 

All rentals must be over by midnight, typically meaning send off is at 11:00pm to allow a full hour for cleanup.
