Setup & teardown of tables & chairs. 250 white ceremony chairs, 250 black reception chairs, 25 round tables, 10 cocktail tables
Includes table numbers, runners, candles, faux florals, signage, etc.
Enjoy our standard white downlighting included in all packages, or upgrade to a color bounce to give your dance floor an elevated factor!
Add linens on to any package to have them placed on the table & ready to go when your rental begins so you can start decorating!

We have an open vendor policy for all vendors except security officers & wedding coordinators (both of these vendors are required for weddings). It is strongly encouraged to work with vendors on our preferred list, but not required! All vendors must be licensed (if applicable) & insured.
All alcohol must be served by a TABC licensed bartender. You may provide the alcohol for your bartender - but guests may not self serve. Security officers are required from the time alcohol is served until the end of your rental period.
No, we do not have any hidden fees such as service charges, cleaning fees, etc. However, we do require you to obtain event insurance & pay a refundable damage deposit (amount varies based on event type & refundable balance will be mailed back after your event).
We highly recommend The Wahwahtaysee Resort, located just 5 minutes from the venue & offers luxury cabin options on the river. Local AirBnB's & San Marcos Conference Hotel are also popular options!
